Cheri Clampitt was born and raised on a farm in Colorado. She started her Real Estate career in 1997 in the Denver Metro area where she specialized in new home sales. 3 years and 2 Subdivisions later her husband’s job moved them to the Bozeman area. She started learning about the Gallatin Valley while working for Amerimont and Gallatin River Realty. In June of 2006, she became a Broker.
Cheri loves to build customer relationships, and she enjoys working across the spectrum of clients from first time home buyers to seasoned buyers looking for personal homes, second homes or investment properties. When Cheri is not working you can find her with her husband cooking, gardening, canning, camping, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, spending time with her 2 miniature shih tzu puppies and her 2 grown children.
