Real Estate Transaction Manager Janene Sperry

Janene Sperry has joined the Bozeman Montana Real Estate.net Team as the firm’s Administrative—Transaction Manager. Her experience includes 17 years as a former Real Estate Agent, Resort Property Manager and Sales/Marketing Manager at locations in Arizona, California, Colorado and Montana.

As our Transaction Manager, Janene is responsible for assisting agents with purchase contract progression from “acceptance through closing” and assuring all terms and conditions occur within required timelines. In addition, she reviews all contracts and associated documents for accuracy, clarity and completeness, prior to returning to Broker for final review. Janene’s attention to detail and team support ensures each transaction will culminate in a smooth and successful real estate experience.

When away from the office, Janene enjoys her family, friends and photographing magnificent wildlife and majestic Montana landscapes.
