I wanted to touch base with all of you to let you know the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit will be ending December first. This means if you do not close by November 30th you will not qualify for the credit. You have at most a week to place an offer and still qualify for the credit if you require a loan to purchase your home.
Home sales are also increasing. We may see a drop this month due to winter, but we have seen an steady increase month after month since this summer.
Take advantage of the low interest rates because when they are gone, they are gone!
