To qualify as a “first-time home buyer” the purchaser or his/her spouse may not have owned a residence during the three years prior to the purchase. | Over 60 percent of current home owners may also be eligible for a tax credit of up to $6,500. These home-buyers must have lived in their home for five consecutive years over the previous eight years to qualify. Qualified homebuyers can get the credit if they purchase a home for $800,000 or less as their primary residence between November 7, 2009 and April 30, 2010. The income limits are the same as the First Time Homebuyer listed above. | New Website for Sellers! | Home Sales in Bozeman The average price $265,371 The median price $229,000 The highest price $790,000 The lowest price $110,000 Average Market Time 121 days | Home Sales in Belgrade The average price $244,231 The median price $184,000 The highest price $561,000 The lowest price $123,500 Average Market Time 72 days | |
